The USA men’s national soccer team tumbled out of the Round of 16 of the World Cup in disappointing fashion against evenly matched Ghana. While we can only shudder at the thought of what might have been, ESPN.com columnist Bill Simmons wrote this piece about the positives he is taking away both in terms of the US men’s national team, and the World Cup in general.
